The Information Technology Professional program builds on the "PC Support Technician" certificate. - Be able to assemble, maintain, and troubleshoot personal computers.
- Apply a deep understanding of various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS, allowing them to configure, administer, and troubleshoot operating system issues in diverse IT environments.
- Demonstrate adeptness in software development methodologies, programming languages, and algorithms, enabling them to design, develop, and maintain software applications tailored to meet specific business requirements.
- Display development proficiencies in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web frameworks, enabling them to create responsive and dynamic websites and web applications.
- Be prepared to pass the CompTIA A+ certification exam, demonstrating expertise in hardware and operating system technologies, troubleshooting, and cyber security.
