Course Description
This course is an introduction to the database management software Access. Topics include designing and creating databases, maintaining databases, creating queries, reports, forms, and menus in addition to working with multiple files and setting up relationships.
Prerequisite(s)
COSC 1152 or COSC 1513 or consent of instructor - Must be completed prior to taking this course.
At the end of this course, students will be able to:
- Open and navigate an existing database
- Create a new database.
- Understand the importance of table structure and relationships.
