At the end of this course, students will be able to:
- Comprehend and express yourself with basic ASL vocabulary and correct grammar in person and through digital technologies.
- Identify and compare the beliefs, values, products and practices found within Deaf communities.
- Converse in person to discuss key concepts in other disciplines. (PLO 1, 2, and 3)
- Compare and contrast your language and culture with those of Deaf communities at basic level.
